Prismatic - Minty (Au5 & Fractal Remix)
Today's tune is energetic, upbeat and minty. It's euphoric and quite the headbanger as well. The little bits of wub added are so tasteful it's hard to even call this dubstep. It's more like trance/dubstep/electro house. Who the hell cares about genres anymore anyways. Everything is so mashed up it's hard to even tell.
One thing I know for sure, this track is awesome. Have a listen!

Really peppy, love the vocals! The dubstep feels kinda out of place sometimes, what with the contrast it has to the rest of the song, but that also has its charming side.
ReplyDeleteYou're right about genres. It's really hard and actually rather pointless to try and stow music into different, restricting groups. I mean, I sure do love me some "indie post-punk electronic folk-rock pop" (that's an actual thing, sadly), but it's such a mouthful, haha.
That is quite the mouthful indeed! Let the music break out of it's genre locking chains lol.
